Core Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Household Tasks: Light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare, and serve meals based on dietary needs.
Medication Management: Ensure correct medication intake and provide reminders.
Mobility Assistance: Aid with walking, transferring, and using mobility aids.
Companionship: Offer emotional support and engage in activities with clients.
Additional Duties:
Transportation: Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings.
Health Monitoring: Track and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
Record Keeping: Maintain care logs and client progress records.
Safety: Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Previous caregiving experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and ability to follow care plans.
Certification: First aid/CPR certifications may be required.
Background Check: Criminal background check typically required
