I am looking for an assistant/scribe. For those interested in working at Doctor Office , this would be an excellent exposure to the field! You need to be a college graduate or High school diploma ,and have 6 months experience as a Medical Scribe . The job will involve helping the Doctor to write notes and double check medications/orders, List all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions and prescriptions as dictated by the physician.
Transcribe patient orders including laboratory tests, medications, etc.
Document any procedures performed by the physician. Other Requirements:
Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language in person, by phone and in writing.
Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and peers Looking for someone who is willing to work Monday , Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm . Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Please email me your CV and a little about you.
