My client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Head of Compensation. You you will lead the development and implementation of robust compensation programs aligned with market standards and the company's goals. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and collaborating closely with leaders across departments, this company offers a hybrid work schedule 3 days a eek onsite in their downtown Chicago office.Key Responsibilities:Craft and communicate a comprehensive remuneration and rewards strategy.Drive all aspects of compensation management, including incentive program design and salary adjustment analysis.Continuously evaluate and enhance HR compensation policies and programs.Strategically benchmark compensation and benefits against industry trends.Maintain and analyze salary administration databases and tools.Guide presentations on compensation matters to decision makers.Manage benefit programs, enrollment, leaves of absence, COBRA, and ensure 401k plan compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in HR/CompensationExperience in high-growth public companies preferred.Proficiency in HRIS technology, ideally Workday HCM.Strong consultative, collaborative, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
