Driver Recruiter – Chicago, IL (Full-Time)
We are a fast-growing transportation company based in Chicago, seeking an energetic and motivated Driver Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified CDL Class A & B drivers
Screen candidates and assist with background/drug checks
Coordinate onboarding and orientation
Maintain compliance with FMCSA and DOT standards
Meet weekly hiring goals and build strong driver relationships
Requirements
Experience in recruiting or transportation industry preferred
Excellent communication and organization skills
Knowledge of DOT compliance a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage
