We're Hiring: Outside Sales Representative
The Diamond and Jewelry Exchange
Position Objective:
This is not a position to sell jewelry directly to healthcare employees. Instead, your job is to get The Diamond and Jewelry Exchange into healthcare workplaces by securing permission from hospitals, clinics, and other facilities to host on-site jewelry sales events.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact decision-makers at hospitals and healthcare facilities
Schedule meetings and deliver compelling presentations about our on-site jewelry sales events
Explain our employee benefit: "Buy now, wear home, and pay over time—with no interest or finance charges"
Promote our value to facilities: free food for staff during events, donations to hospital foundations, and co-sponsored community initiatives
Maintain relationships with administrators and HR departments
Meet weekly outreach and sales activity goals
Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Confidence in presenting to hospital administrators and HR teams
Experience in B2B sales or fundraising (preferred, but not required)
