This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work in the heart of the loop.Job Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of HR including benefits, recruitment, compensation, training, employee relations, performance management and moreOversee onboarding and offboarding processes.Coordinate benefits administration and non-benefit related insurance renewals.Lead and mentor HR team members (Benefits Coordinator and HR Assistant).Conduct staff reviews and contribute to succession planning.Handle secretarial meetings and ensure operational support needs are met.Assist with executive committee and partnership-related tasks.Review vendor contracts and manage the annual budget for GL accounts.Participate in ALA Benefits & Compensation Survey annually.Develop and maintain employee handbooks for non-exempt and exempt employees.Job Qualifications:6+ years of experience in a generalized HR role.Preferably from a legal or professional services firm background.3+ years of strong benefits administration experience.Strong managerial experience with a broad HR skill set.Hands-on approach with the ability to handle varied HR responsibilities.Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to attend monthly executive committee meetings.Ability to work onsite 4 days a weekBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
