Job Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will oversee and manage various human resources functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and general HR operations. Your role is critical in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment. This is a Hands-On position.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in HR.
Proven experience as an HR Manager within the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including labor laws and OSHA requirements.
Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills: MS Word and Excel.
