- Base pay: $600–$1000 per week (based on experience and performance)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your primary responsibility is to convert driver leads into scheduled orientations and successful hires.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Calling and texting truck driver leads (70–100 calls per day)
- Asking structured qualification questions
- Explaining why ATC is a strong long-term option
- Handling objections professionally
- Scheduling and confirming orientations
- Following up with interested candidates
- Updating notes and statuses in our CRM
- Working toward weekly and monthly hiring goals
This is not an administrative role.
It requires active outreach, follow-up, and consistent communication.

REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- Comfortable speaking with people by phone daily
- Clear communication in English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Docs, typing)
- Ability to work in the office Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working with goals and targets
Preferred but not required:
- Sales or call center experience
- Recruiting experience
- Trucking or logistics industry experience
No prior trucking experience is required.
