A rapidly growing national professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Disability, Leaves & Accommodations Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert on all leave, disability, and workplace accommodation programs. This is a key role within a collaborative HR team, focused on ensuring compliance, consistency, and care throughout the employee experience.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, empathetic, and highly knowledgeable about FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, ERISA, and related state and federal regulations.
