Are you a skilled leader with a passion for precision paving? Mission Brick Paving is looking for a Foreman to lead our crew to success! If you have a valid driver's license, a minimum of 4-5 years of experience (15+ years preferred) in paving, and the ability to set grade with expertise, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a crew to ensure high-quality paving projects.
Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Utilize your expertise to set grade accurately and efficiently.
Safely operate equipment, including the BobCat MT100.
Train and mentor crew members to uphold our standards of excellence.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license.
Minimum of 4-5 years of paving experience; 15+ years preferred.
Proficiency in setting grade and operating paving equipment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of $30-$50/hr based on experience.
