Hi, We are seeking a dependable cleaner/janitor to work at a Condo Association in Palatine. Our cleaning will be focused on the common areas of the building. This includes lobby area, entrances, stairwells and other common areas. Duties include floor care (vacuum, sweeping, mopping), dusting, glass care, emptying garbage, cleaning stainless steel, etc.
This job is for 4 days each week. (M, W, Th and F).
The job is for 2.5 hours each day but we can expand to 5 hours each day.
The pay rate will start at $19/hour. This is a W2 position.
We are looking for someone who has a nice personality, is dependable and can focus on the details.
