20hrs+/week building cleaning, housekeeping, post construction and move out cleaning at various locations.
We are offering consistent cleaning work and will build up your hours to full time if wanted.
2 WEEK PAID TRAINING: $18.00/hr
AFTER TRAINING PAY: $20.00/hr. Bi-weekly
FUEL reimbursement of $15/week that you work 4 or more jobs + pay for oil changes
PASS: Criminal back ground check
VEHICLE: Must be reliable and insured. We offer reimbursement for oil changes.
ID: VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
TIPS: Added to checks. Keep your own tips.
PAID SICK LEAVE: You get 1hr of PSL for ever 40hrs worked.
Looking for cleaners with:
- The ability to get to a job site on time - if you show up late don't bother
- Vehicle is required and must be insured
- The ability to follow a detailed cleaning check list and work alone or with others.
- The physical ability to navigate stairs, use a backpack vacuum, bend, kneel, climb 3 step-step-stool and reach behind toilets
- The physical ability to carry your cleaning supplies up stairs
- The ability to work unsupervised and produce fantastic results
- The ability to converse with clients in a kind and efficient manner
- Must have a vehicle, smartphone, be over 18, have a VALID Drivers License, checking account for direct deposit and pass a background check.
We provide ALL the cleaning supplies and equipment you will need.
The jobs are between 8am and 5pm Monday - Saturday.
PAY: DIRECT DEPOST ONLY. NO CASH.
Area where cleanings are assigned is between South Loop up north to Evanston and between Cicero Ave to LSD. Please don't live more than 30 minutes from this area.
