We are hiring experienced, professional, responsible, good with technology, able to follow directions, insured property preservation and REHAB vendors.
We have several work orders in Chicago IL, both vacant and tenant properties where there are various work opportunities like the following:
- Grass Cut & Lawn Care
- Securing (Lock Change/Lock Set Change, Lock Box Change, Boarding)
- Winterization
- Snow Removal
- Roofing & Repairs
- Debris Removal (Trash Out)
- Mold Work
- Maid Service (Janitorial)
- Bid Request
As we have several orders in the area, you can start as soon as possible once you are onboarded.
Payment:
We pay our vendors on a weekly basis. We will pay you instantly within 48 hours of job completion if the payment due is more than $400 and you are interested to receive the instant payment.
