We is hiring a full time Experienced Maintenance Person.
Job Description: Cleaning buildings, seasonal maintenance consisting of changing filters water shut off etc., making sure all aspects of the buildings are running smoothly. Minor repairs when necessary light electrical and plumbing a plus.
Must be organized and able to project future needs for the properties.
