We are seeking a dedicated Snowplow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from designated areas using specialized equipment.
Duties
- Operate snowplow trucks and equipment to remove snow from roads, parking lots, and walkways
- Spread salt on icy surfaces to prevent accidents
- Follow safety protocols to ensure safe operation of vehicles and equipment
Qualifications
- Experience operating snowplow trucks or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to work in cold and inclement weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
We offer competitive hourly pay with minimum guaranteed work hours paid per snow event. Training is provided on an as needed basis. Prior to your first plow event, we will drive you through all of your job sites to show you where to stack snow and to help you understand any special instructions or site details. All of our drivers with outstanding attendance and good performance receive a minimum $500 bonus at the end of each snow season. We have fun when we are out there taking care of business and helping keep our customers properties open during storms.
