Fit Dog Chicago is hiring!
We are hiring for a full time position. Hours can vary. We are looking for a candidate with open availability.
This position includes driving, handling dogs, dog bathing, cleaning, customer service and more.
You will be transporting pups throughout the city of Chicago. You must be able to drive and have a valid drivers license. This is a full time hourly position.
Candidates must haves:
-Valid driver license
-Know the City of Chicago streets
-The ability to drive in heavy Chicago traffic, stay accident free, follow the rules of the road, drive under stress
-Love for dogs
-The ability to learn our training program to care for the dogs and keep them safe while they are in a pack and at daycare
-Great customer service skills- you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis
-The ability and willingness to clean, clean, clean and then clean some more- we clean up after the dogs, clean the daycare, clean up poop and pee, laundry, clean bathrooms, clean our outdoor area, change buckets etc
-Bathing dogs - Brushing, bathing, and drying dogs
-Stand on your feet for long periods of time- we are always moving and grooving and busy, you will not be bored!
-The ability to work with others as a team- it takes everyone working together to run the show and have happy and safe pups!
-Great problem solving skills!
- Open availabilty to work weekends and holidays- holidays are our most busy time and we will require you to work. Please do not apply if you CANNOT WORK HOLIDAYS.
