Small, growing property management company hiring for our next handymen and maitnenace team.
We are gearing up for the busy summer season.
What we are looking for
-Must have car
-must have own tools and well-kept appearance
-must be able to build their own online home depot shopping cart so we can pay for materials electronically
-Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy- this is very important
-able to communicate with tenants - good communication skills
-able to manage keys and lockboxes
-ability to work alone, good attitude and hungry for work
-knowledge of drywall work, painting, light plumbing and electrical (can change light fixtures and fix small leaks), window repair, fence repair, change locks, outdoor maintenance like snow removal and landscaping
-willing to travel (most of our properties) Northside, westside and southside of the City of Chicago.
What we offer
-Part-time or Full-time work for the right person.
-Electronic payouts 24-48 hours after each job completion.
