JOB SUMMARY: As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on our customers fleet of trucks, cars, buses, trailers, tractors, small equipment, and diesel engines. Additional responsibilities include ordering and managing parts inventory, consulting with customers to determine required work, be able to run electrical diagnostics, conduct safety analyses to make sure the job was done well and the vehicle is roadworthy and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid Illinois driver’s license; CDL license is required or must be obtained within the first year of employment. Journeyman level mechanic with prior experience in fleet repair and/or maintenance is required. NOTE: Applicants must possess requisite physical ability to perform the essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodations.
PAY, BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE: This is a full-time year-round salary position. Work schedule is generally Monday-Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 7:00pm-1:00pm. Target hiring range is based on experience and it is negotiable.
