Ware Landscaping & Snow Removal, Inc. is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our landscaping and drainage crews. This role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions, performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping, drainage installation, hardscaping, and snow removal (seasonal).
Compensation:
Salary range: $850 – $1,200 per week for 40 hours week
Overtime payable over 40 hours per week
Pay is based on experience
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays)
6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Seasonal hours may vary depending on weather and workload
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
English not required but recommended
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous landscaping, drainage, or construction experience
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely
