A two-story commercial building requires one person to clean three times per week, with each visit taking approximately tw hours. Work can be completed any time early morning (completed by 7am) or after business hours (days vary - but approximately 6pm). Only needed every/other day - not consecutive days. You set your schedule.
-Vacuum carpeted landings outside the elevator
- Vacuum elevator
- Mop the foyer of the building, and two sets of men/women's bathrooms
- Clean counters and mirrors in bathrooms
- Take out the garbage left by tenants
1099 position - work schedule is flexible - you are responsible for your taxes.
