As an Elite Home Care Specialist, you will be:
Being a detail-oriented cleaner by performing thorough cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing every surface.
Maintaining a spotless environment by taking ownership of floor care—sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to make floors shine.
Mastering the art of efficiency by managing all housekeeping tasks with minimal supervision, adhering to the schedule you help create.
Being a professional communicator by talking effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver excellent customer service.
Being a responsible team member by ensuring your cleaning supplies are always stocked and organized.
3. How You Do It (Skills You Bring to the Table)
This job is simple but important. We need you to bring your best self to work every day.
This is for you if you already:
Have proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role (like hotel housekeeping).
Understand cleaning best practices and sanitation methods.
Can work independently and manage your time like a pro.
Have excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Pay strong attention to detail and are committed to high-quality results.
Must have your own car and cleaning tools and supplies.
This is NOT a good fit if you:
Do the bare minimum or are lazy.
Can't make it to work on time or might flake.
