We are now hiring a full-time Inventory Specialist. Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing the company’s inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient supply chain operations.
Please note that this is a hands-on position involving physical inventory work, including organizing, counting, and managing stock.
Essential job duties and responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all storage locations and store front.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Record, track, and reconcile inventory movements including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders as needed.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain smooth inventory receiving operations.
