We are looking for a person to cover a janitorial position for a condo at Downtown Chicago.
We do e-verify
Documentation up to date: driver license, work permit, etc
Experience desirable but it is not a must.
Duties would be but no limited to:
Clean lobbies, dust common areas
Upper floors, either vacuum or wash floors as needed, sweep and wash back stairs as needed
Sweep and wash floors in compactor rooms
Water outdoor plants daily during the growing season
Blow leave from driveway and guest parking lot
