A growing junk removal and hauling company in Schaumburg, IL is looking for experienced Drivers and Crew Leaders to join our team! We’re seeking dependable, motivated individuals who can operate company vehicles safely, lead small crews, and provide top-notch service to our customers across the Chicagoland area.
Every day is different — one day you’re hauling furniture from a home, the next you’re cleaning out a commercial warehouse or construction site. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and making an impact, this is the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely drive and operate company trucks and equipment.
Load, haul, and unload furniture, appliances, debris, and other materials.
Lead a crew on job sites to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
Handle payments and complete basic job documentation when needed.
Keep truck and tools clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Assist with daily route planning, safety checks, and equipment inspections.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license; MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD (CDL not required).
Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor outdoors.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Customer service or field service experience is a plus.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions throughout Chicagoland.
What We Offer:
$17/hour starting pay + tips + performance bonuses (Earn $22-$25+)
