Comfy Living Chicago is a pre-owned furniture shop located on the west side of Chicago. We specialize in high-quality couches and sectionals, proudly serving customers across Chicagoland.
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our labor crew! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our furniture meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
-Deep clean couches and sectionals to ensure they are showroom-ready.
-Perform minor repairs as needed to maintain product quality.
-Stage furniture for photography to showcase inventory online.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
-Furniture delivery to customers' homes, ensuring excellent service.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is:
-Fluent in English.
-Has a Driver’s License
-Reliable, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
-A strong team player with a proactive mindset.
-Detail-oriented and organized.
-Physically able to lift and move heavy furniture (75+ lbs.)
-Committed to learning and growing within the company.
-Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
Compensation and Schedule:
-Starting Pay: $25 per hour, with opportunities for tips from deliveries and future promotions and bonuses
-Full-time position: 40 hours per week. Thursday-Monday 8am-4pm Schedule subject to change
