Im very interested in subcontracting a subcontracting a pre-existing crew if that is something that is available and looking to hire more labor for my crew I have a roofing company I have to many jobs and need more workers all jobs are commercial flat roof There is no downtime when it comes to roofing. I need to have multiple crew as I have Multiple job projects at time looking for workers that have some Knowledge on flat roofing pay depends on your experience hourly rate starts at $15 can even be $25 an hour depending on your experience hours if you have a crew and have worked on roofs before call to discuss pay out hours are normally around 8 AM through 6 PM some times on big jobs even 8 am to 8 pm every day job includes paid lunch & diner sometimes breakfast to such as Panda Express kfc pizza etc If you have knowledge of how to do a tear off or understand it, please do mention that I’m actively on a job with a tear off that I need workers to get started with the Turn off system as soon as today or tomorrow looking to hire around 12 people please contact if you have any knowledge on roofing because I have been having to decline commercial jobs due to understaffed
