We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician. This is a dual-role position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping buildings functional and maintaining the exterior grounds. You’ll be a key part of our operations team, ensuring our properties remain safe, beautiful, and well cared for.
Maintenance Duties
Perform routine repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance requests promptly
Conduct regular inspections of units and common areas
Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, patching, and fixture replacements
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and building codes
Groundskeeping Duties
- Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Remove debris, trash, and snow (seasonal) from walkways and parking lots
- Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and welcoming
Qualifications:
Prior experience in property maintenance or building trades
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
