Must be quick learner, self-motivated, self-directed, and DETAIL ORIENTED!
Must be able and willing to perform routine on-site Maintenance & Janitorial Duties
Must have basic ability to handle repairs such as: Drywall / Painting, General "handyman" jobs, basic electrical/plumbing, basic upholstery, basic carpentry, basic roofing, carpeting, miscellaneous repairs, etc.
