perform various maintance duties for Mfg. Home Community including light plumbing, light carpentry/construction, appliance repair, groundskeeping and more. Work closely with management to maintain a clean safe and appealing property. You will be required to move heavy objects and may drive maintance vehicles to various locations on property.
Perform misc duties as assigned. One to three years of work experience in a related field. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid drivers lic, good driving record and criminal background check.
