Building Maintenance/Handyman needed for Apartment buildings in Chicago.
Apartment Rentals in Chicago needs a Maintenance - Handyman - with general repair skills required to fix and maintain apartments. Must have repair and maintenance skills to fix leaking pipes (plumbing), electrical, toilets, windows, appliance repair, remove and replace locks, patch, sand, replace and painting drywall. We have many apartment buildings located on the north side of Chicago. Friendly and hardworking, must have a reliable car and tools.
$23 - $25 hour full time position + overtime and Bonus.
On site housing offered if available.
Must have good working car.
