Join our team at the Buffalo Grove Distribution Center as a 2nd Shift Lead Material Handler. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity in a warehouse environment.

Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 1:00 pm – 11:30 pm
Temp to Hire
Pay:
$24.00/Hr.
Key Responsibilities:
-Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts)
-Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues
-Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
-Receive and process inbound shipments and customer returns
-Execute daily cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy
-Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
-Train and support team members to meet work standards
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent experience
-2-3 years of warehouse experience (pick and pack environment preferred)
-2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse
-Experience with SAP or similar WMS, and RF equipment
-Forklift operator certification (sit-down, stand-up reach, Walkie-rider, order picker)
-Knowledge of general warehouse safety practices
