We are a busy auto repair shop looking for a Mechanic Helper to join our team. This position is a paid internship opportunity and is ideal for someone with basic automotive knowledge who is eager to assist an experienced mechanic and further develop their skills.
What You'll Do:
Assist our mechanic with vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks
Handle basic repairs and inspections under supervision (oil changes, brake checks, fluid replacements)
Prep vehicles for repairs by removing parts, draining fluids, etc.
Organize and maintain tools and equipment
Keep the shop clean and safe
What We're Looking For:
MUST have own set of tools
Some hands-on experience with cars
Basic knowledge of automotive tools and equipment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy parts and equipment
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
