Thompson's Touch is a fast-growing, customer-focused company that brings high-quality car detailing services directly to our clients' doorstep. We take pride in our workmanship and strive to leave every vehicle looking its absolute best. We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated, reliable, and meticulous individuals to join us as Mobile Detailing Technicians or Window Tinter.
Position Overview:
As a Mobile Detailing Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site car detailing services that meet the high standards of Thompson's Touch and exceed our clients' expectations. Or if this is for the window tinting position must have past experience for shop setting. You should be passionate about cars, enjoy working outdoors, and possess exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Travel (company van) to client locations to perform detailing services as scheduled.
- Professional washing, waxing, and detailing of vehicles both interior and exterior.
- Utilize various cleaning tools and agents to service vehicles.
- Perform thorough inspections of vehicles before and after detailing services.
- Handle customer service interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain equipment and inventory on the mobile detailing unit.
- Maintain shop and other duties if working at shop.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling chemicals and machinery.
- Record and report any damages or issues to management promptly.
Requirements:
- MUST have a valid driver's license (mobile detailer).
- If applying for window tinter MUST have experience
- Prior detailing experience for polishing and, but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Physical stamina and mobility.
- Attention to detail, with customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- MUST be self motivated and hungry to succeed!
