Are you a skilled leader with a passion for landscaping? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team!
As the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, build and train field crews, establish, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline processes, ensure top-notch service and construction for our clients, and help drive the growth of our business. Must have a strong tie to the industry to recruit and build crews.
Qualifications:
Experience in operations management in the landscape industry or experienced foreman ready to take the next step up
Knowledge of landscape, hardscape, maintenance best practices
Strong leadership & communication skills; bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Business Computer Skills and Phone App skills
Ability to problem-solve & think strategically
Desire to professionalize the landscape industry with helpful technology and a positive work culture!
