Must be able to prepare apartments for new moves. painting throughout and making necessary repairs. Looking to hire someone ASAP for multiple units on the southside of Chicago.
Requirements:
Transportation and your own tools
3-5 years experience
General experience with plumbing, electric, flooring, tile installation, etc.
