My name is Scott and I own a local painting company based out of the Southwest Chicago suburbs (Orland Park, Tinley Park, New Lenox area). We’re a growing company and need more crews to take on the workload.
We're looking for experienced Painting Subcontractors to partner with us long term. We do Exterior and Interior Painting – all professional, high-quality projects with clients that appreciate great work.
Here’s the deal:
- We find the jobs
- We schedule the work
- You focus on the painting
- Quick pay, upon job completion
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (strongly preferred: the owner and/or crew lead must speak English)
- Your business is registered
- General liability insurance (worker’s comp is also a plus, but not required)
- You deliver high quality work and leave a clean job site – you take pride in this
- You show up on time – reliable
- You’re nice and friendly with customers – great attitude
- You have all your own tools/ equipment
- Ideal crew size of 2-4+ people
