Plumber and/or HVAC Technician wanted for apartment maintenance. Full time + Overtime position and part time positions available.
For the HVAC position: Must be experienced with hot water boiler heating systems and central air systems.
For the Plumbing Position: Looking for experienced plumber to help with maintenance and replacement of sewer piping, in addition to maintenance of apartment sinks, toilets, and tubs. Must be familiar with wall mounted toilets.
