Requirements (must meet all):
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in residential or commercial painting.
Own tools and equipment (including ladders up to 32/40 ft for exterior work).
Reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
Valid General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance.
Smartphone for taking pictures and communication.
Access to email.
ITIN or SSN (for tax purposes).
Valid photo ID or Consular Registration Card.
