Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated roofers to join our team as independent contractors. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in installing metal, shingle, and various other roofing materials, along with an OSHA 30 certification. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain roofs using metal, shingle, and other roofing materials.
Conduct thorough inspections of roofing structures to identify and address issues.
Follow blueprints and specifications for roof installations.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
Collaborate with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure project success.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in roofing, specifically with metal and shingle materials.
OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various job sites.
Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
