About Us:SignFreaks is a leading sign company specializing in high-quality signage solutions, including LED Channel Letters, Awnings, Lightboxes, CNC Router Signs, Blade Signs, Sign Boards, and more. We are expanding by adding Large Format printing to our existing product line.
Position Overview:We are looking for an ambitious, reliable, and versatile individual to join our team as a Sign Shop Production Associate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You'll operate large-format printers, handle vinyl printing and application, and work with various substrates to create eye-catching signage products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain large-format printers and related equipment.
Print graphics on vinyl and apply them to various substrates to produce high-quality signage.
Assist with cutting, trimming, and assembling signage materials.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Communicate professionally with customers to understand their signage needs.
Perform general shop tasks, including organization, cleaning, and inventory management.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (experience with design software is a plus but not required).
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
