Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Lead, you will collaborate with both warehouse and production staff to maintain efficient warehouse operations and fulfill driving responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Logistics: Play a vital role in inventory management, logistics, and live event preparations.

Skill Development: Gain and utilize skills as a live event technician on job sites and in the studio.

Order Packing: Accurately pack orders for events and productions.

Equipment Handling: Check-in equipment, identify damage, note missing items, and report discrepancies to the account executive.

Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.

Minimum Requirements:

Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.

Flexibility: Must be able to occasionally work early/late hours and weekends.

Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license with no DUI or drug convictions in the last three years and a clean MVR. Holding a CDL Class A, B, or C license is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in conventional and intelligent lighting systems is highly desired. Some familiarity with stage/show lighting systems with a willingness to learn is acceptable.

Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of professional-grade cameras, projection equipment, production video switchers, LED equipment, and digital and analog video signals is desired but not required.

Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate and take direction.

Communication & Problem Solving: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Independence: Ability to work independently.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on billable time spent in pre-production, the studio, and on show sites. Additional factors include the progression of industry-critical skills, attitude, and willingness to assist with other departments or positions within Resolution Productions Group.
