Purpose:
The Warehouse Assistant Manager supports the overall operation of the warehouse by supervising daily workflows, coordinating with inbound and outbound teams, and helping ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized facility. This role serves as the second-in-command to the Deputy Director and is instrumental in executing operational goals.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1.Assist the Deputy Director in overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
2.Monitor staff performance, provide training and coaching, and help maintain a productive and compliant work environment.
3.Coordinate daily workflow and adjust labor assignments based on volume and operational priorities.
4.Communicate with office teams, transportation partners, and warehouse leads to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
5.Support safety initiatives, conduct regular floor checks, and assist in incident investigations as needed.
6.Help implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
7.Review and approve operational documentation including receiving logs, outbound reports, and bill of laidings.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 2–3 years of warehouse supervisory experience required; prior experience in both inbound and outbound operations preferred.
Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and workflow optimization
Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse compliance procedures
Strong grasp of inventory management practices and WMS systems
Skills:

JOB TITLE: Outbound Supervisor

Purpose:
The Outbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound operations including To B and To C shipments. This role ensures timely and accurate picking, labeling, and loading. The supervisor leads warehouse personnel, manages daily workflow, and communicates closely with the outbound office team and carriers to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1.Supervise the daily outbound warehouse operations for both To B and To C orders.
2.Oversee and manage LTL pickup schedules, ensuring timely and accurate handoff to carriers, proper execution of LTL orders, and timely return and archiving of BOLs to the office.
3.Assign and monitor tasks for pickers, labelers, and loaders. Promptly resolve any operational issues, including system errors, equipment malfunctions, or difficulties locating inventory.
4.Ensure all orders are picked, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time, including those with special customer requirements or value-added services.
5.Coordinate with the outbound team to ensure value-added services are executed correctly and in a timely manner, and that special customer instructions, label generation, and shipment documentation are accurately followed.
6.Monitor outbound flow, resolve issues such as missing products or incorrect SKUs, and report recurring problems.
7.Conduct routine quality control checks on outbound shipments.
8.Enforce safety and compliance policies on the warehouse floor.
9.Support productivity tracking and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, including both To B and To C operations
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of outbound warehouse processes and order fulfillment.
Familiarity with WMS systems, shipping platforms, and carrier procedures.
Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.

The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the receiving process, managing the unloading team, and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all inbound shipments. This role ensures that all goods are received, inspected, and staged properly in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1.Supervise the unloading of inbound containers, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods.
2.Measure container volumes, inspect incoming shipments for damage, and document any discrepancies.
3.Manage and schedule the unloader team, including temporary and full-time staff.
4.Coordinate with the office team regarding container status, exceptions, and location assignments.
5.Monitor warehouse receiving flow and ensure goods are staged or moved into put away areas promptly.
6.Support the resolution of inbound issues such as overages, shortages, or damage reports.
7.Ensure warehouse safety policies are followed during all inbound activities.
8.Assist with container logs, photo documentation, and updates to the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Job Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in warehouse receiving operations or team supervision preferred.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of container unloading and receiving procedures
Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and incident reporting
Basic understanding of WMS systems and location control
Skills:
Ability to lead and supervise physical warehouse work
