Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with experience in warehouse and inventory management, logistics, and home staging? We're seeking a Warehouse/Inventory/Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our staging projects and the maintenance of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management: Manage the loading and unloading of trucks for staging projects, ensure all products are accounted for, and oversee proper wrapping and protection of items.

Inventory Control: Track and organize inventory using Stageforce software, including tagging new products and monitoring for any damages or repairs needed.

De-staging: Lead the de-staging process, ensuring items are carefully packed, transported, and returned to the warehouse in good condition. Conduct final walk-throughs and report any property or item damage.

Warehouse & Office Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and office area, ensure supplies are stocked in the warehouse & office.

Staging Assistance: Support lead stagers with picking items and staging properties, and assist in transferring inventory between properties as needed.

Administrative Support: Assist with assembling consultation folders and special projects as assigned by the operations manager.

Furniture Assembly and Repair: Accepting & assembly of new furniture purchases. Repair and/or cleaning of current damaged inventory.

Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse management, logistics, and/or inventory management

Familiarity with staging and/or furniture handling is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to supervise a team and ensure efficient workflows

Proficiency in Google Calendar , Microsoft Office products and inventory software (Stageforce) is a plus

Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed

Handy at furniture assembly and repair

Location: N. Arlington Heights, IL

Job Type: Part Time - approx. 65 hours per month

Salary: Hourly rate starting at $25/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30
