We seek an attorney with at least 5 years experience of litigation experience. The candidate will conduct bankruptcy, trial experience , legal research , rulings, and regulations; draft pleadings , legal memoranda , and briefs ; prepare discovery and conduct disposition ; court appearances ; Evictions ; collections; and participate in all aspects of a thriving legal practice.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position.
