The ideal candidate will haveat least two (2) years of plaintiff-side litigation experiencespecifically in consumer law under statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Credit Repair Organizations Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.This is alitigation-heavy positionwith a focus onvolume casework,settlement negotiations, andlegal drafting.
