We are a northwest suburban design-build-development firm, seeking an in-house attorney to handle our ongoing legal work. We have current collection litigation, lease preparations, fee collections, lease evictions, closings, estate planning, etc.
We seek either entry level "go-getter" who wishes to gain experience in all areas of business and estate law, or an experienced attorney. For the right candidate, could be a direct-hire of an in-house attorney, or a small law firm leasing space with a guaranty of monthly legal work in excess of the rental costs.
