SUPERHERO Case Intake and Client Satisfaction Case Coordinator Paralegal Needed!
I run a small personal injury firm in easy to get to Oak Brook, IL where we represent injured people and I'm working too hard. I am getting WAY TOO MANY people calling the office. Many just have a question. Some need legal help, but I cannot keep up.
Are YOU the SUPERHERO who can save me?
I need someone is POSITIVE with HIGH ENERGY and an excellent personality to sign up new cases and to keep current clients happy. Empathetic and a good listener.
The job involves calling people back who have reached out to me first, and getting them signed up as clients, or to address the needs of existing clients.
Can YOU be the TELEPHONE SALES SUPERHERO I need to rescue me from the phone calls that are driving me nuts?
Are you great on a computer, a charmer on the telephone with the patience of a saint, work faster than a speeding bullet AND you're a smartypants? And a dependable, hard worker who wants to excel at your job?
Can you take direction from a experienced male attorney who is kind but demanding without being resentful?

This in a IN OFFICE position with the possibility of become hybrid in the future. But, you will need a alot of training to learn how to excel at your job, first.
No one gets thrown under the bus here. I do not yell or scream, ever. We have a nice environment here. But as nice as I am, it is my way or the highway. You have to be able to take directions and be very nice to the clients and your fellow team members.
No legal experience necessary, but Injury Law experience is a plus. Case intake experienced a plus. Will train. Sales background a plus. Must be great on the phone and on a computer. (We use Macs, but PC experience OK).

- IN OFFICE POSITION
- M- F 8:30 to 5 or thereabouts (hours flexible)
- Small office means a small office environment.
- Fitness center on premises.
- Free parking/easy to get to.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS IS A PROBATIONARY PERIOD. This is a 1099 position and then, you can become an employee.
Once you pass muster, you get raises, bonuses, and my loyalty and appreciation.
