Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Community Outreach
● Plan, organize, and execute community events, health fairs, workshops, and in-office promotions.
● Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, vendor communication, setup/breakdown, and materials.
● Represent the practice at community events with professionalism and enthusiasm.
● Identify new outreach opportunities and build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
Marketing & Communications
● Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
● Create flyers, signage, and event marketing assets.
● Manage the office’s event calendar and help maintain an active online presence.
● Assist with local advertising initiatives, referral programs, and patient engagement campaigns.
Administrative & Support Duties
● Track marketing metrics and event outcomes to measure effectiveness.
● Assist the front desk team with occasional office support when needed.
● Maintain organized documentation of event plans, budgets, and marketing archives.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
● +3 years of professional experience in event coordination
● Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
● Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with the public
