Position Highlights:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Digital Content Associate to support our marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role involves content creation, website, assisting with event planning, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, print).
Create engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Support the management of the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies that drive sales.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, and webinars.
Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system.
Implement strategies to improve online sales and customer experience.
Create and maintain content for digital displays.
Assist with planning and promoting company events
Assist with procuring company apparel
May be asked to assist in some IT duties.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on Marketing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, web analytics.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with the Facility Service industry is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
