Job Title: Short Term Marketing Intern
Location: Remote & In Person at Local Coffee Shops/Library etc. We are a home based business in Romeoville, IL.

S3 Adventure Travel LLC is a small LGBT Adventure Travel company that specializes in providing unique and inclusive travel experiences for the LGBTA+ community. As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a Short Term Marketing Intern to join our team and help formalize a marketing plan, drive sales through innovative marketing strategies, create social media campaigns etc.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing person with a passion for marketing, content creation, and design to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, video creation, and marketing, with proficiency in software tools such as CANVA, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop. The Social Media Marketing person will work closely with the owner of the company to execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content for social media, and assist in launching new adventures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of general marketing videos and ads for the company
- Create focused videos and ads and images for specific group trips
- Design graphics for various marketing materials
- Help develop a template for launching new trips
- Create a social media plan to increase engagement and reach
- Generate and manage ads for social media platforms
- Develop and implement a formal Marketing Plan
- Assist with Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, content creation, and design
- Proficiency in software tools such as CANVA, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, accept and incorporate feedback
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus
- Experience with SEO is a plus
- Experience with basic web design is a plus
- Passion for the travel industry and the LGBTQIA+ community
